Are you looking for emotionally attuned, growth-oriented supervision grounded in the wisdom of EFT?

Whether you're deepening your practice or working toward certification, supervision is a powerful space where we can slow down, reflect, and build your confidence as an EFT therapist.

Supervision is more than clinical guidance—it's a secure base where we can explore your strengths, your growing edges, and your connection with clients through the lens of attachment, presence, and emotional engagement.

I’m certified in all modalities of Emotionally Focused Therapy and actively practice both EFCT (couples) and EFIT (individuals). If becoming a certified EFT therapist is one of your professional goals, I would love to support you in that journey.

For those who are Registered Psychotherapists (RP) or RP (Qualifying) with CRPO, supervision hours with me can count toward your required CRPO clinical supervision hours.

I offer online EFT-focused supervision available in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.

Types of EFT and clinical supervision:

  • Individual supervision (60 minutes)
  • Dyadic supervision (120 minutes shared by 2 therapists)
  • Small group supervision (120 minutes, 3–4 participants per group; you’re welcome to form your own group)

If you're curious about working together, let’s connect for a free 15-minute “meet and greet” to see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your development from wherever you are in the world!
